Commission piece.

My first gameboy pixel painting. It is of link in the storm that sends him to the island before the actual game begins.

-20x20

-Pixels are about a 6th of and inch and thus my smallest pixel size ever used. I could have used a 16x20 but I like the bars at the top and bottom for effect. Not including the bars there are 16,500 pixels.

-About 35 hours. It took surprisingly long.

Surprise, surprise! The "Letterbox" effect is very nice! I found it to be very effective in my Gun-Nac painting.

I don't really get what you've done here that took so much time
... care to explain? :(

Its a painting. I had the grid the canvas out and mark each spot for each color. I then had to paint over the grid with at least two coats of paint. A great deal of which was done with a 1/6th or so inch brush.
